At Wolford Law, I have made representation in environmental law cases my sole focus. Prior to starting my firm, I worked in state and federal positions as an environmental lawyer, including serving as Regional Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Northwest Region, as well as an environmental crimes prosecutor for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and special prosecutor for the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Since launching my firm, I have provided plaintiff and defense representation for individuals, organizations, businesses and landowners.

Additionally, I also take on some real estate cases where environmental concerns are present, such as drafting sales agreements for properties with environmental contamination or litigation over easements in the context of environmental issues.
